I am a classically trained dancer with a B.F.A. in Theatre and Dance from Northern Illinois University. I have been dancing and performing since I was a child, and I began teaching at age14. I teach all ages and levels in various genres of dance as well as being fully Pilates certified. I have studied other movement disciplines including Karate and Tai Chi. I believe movement and music can heal the soul and improve a person's over-all quality of life. I am a certified massage therapist skilled in circulatory/Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and sports massage.
I have played acoustic guitar for over 25 years and violin for about 5 years. I also enjoy singing, painting, and training my dog Frank to do cool tricks. Music, art, and dance free my spirit and exude pure joy from my heart. I love to collaborate with other artists and share my knowledge with those who are interested.
Plants, herbs, and produce are other passions of mine. Creating fresh vegetable and juice recipes has been a healthy and rewarding experience for me and those who follow my recipes.
