I teach various genres of dance and movement disciplines for all ages and levels. I believe dancing frees the spirit and heals the mind while exercising the body. Please inquire about dance, pilates, aerial, and stretching services if interested. Mobile appointments are available.

I find beauty everywhere. My paintings are reflections of my feelings. I use many different mediums, such as oils, acrylics, and clay. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style. Some of my artwork is available for purchase as well as donations.
